As the Director at Bina Harta, bringing 10 years of comprehensive experience in overseeing the development and management of large-scale property projects and with a proven track record in successful site management, Mr. Jerry Oo plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and completion of our developments.

Mr. Oo holds a Diploma in Management from UCSI University, Malaysia and has amassed a wealth of expertise through hands-on experience in various aspects of property development. His career journey encompasses Site Management within the real estate and property development industry, where they honed their skills in project management, construction oversight, and team leadership.

Mr. Oo is also involved in construction of various high-rise residential and commercial properties developments by conglomerates like Sunway Construction Sdn. Bhd. He has been instrumental in the successful execution of several high-profile projects, including Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Belfield Residence and Sunway International School where his leadership significantly contributed to the projects’ success, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
