Mr. Chan YL

Mr. Chan is highly skilled and results-driven with more than a decade of experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. His expertise is in overseeing site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, managing budgets, and maintaining high safety and quality standards with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while effectively leading multidisciplinary teams, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with various parties.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Heriot Watt University, he started off his career in Cost and Contract Management and also Project Management. Mr. Chan was attached to Vizione Group of Companies since 2011 before he joined Bina Harta Group as a Project Director. His core competencies include site management and supervision, contract negotiation and administration, safety and compliance management, vendor and contractor coordination as well as site progress reporting and communication.

During his employment in Vizione Group, he was involved in various developments, leading the entire site staff while monitoring site progress to ensure timely delivery of the projects. Some of the projects that were under his supervision during his reign in Vizione Group includes the development of 1,000 units of PPR at Kelantan, 600 units of PPR at Melaka, 400 units of PPR at Sabah and 214 units of condominium and 31 units of superlink houses at Shah Alam.
