The key man behind Bina Harta Group is Mr. Lee Lun Teong or better known as Bryan Lee. His passion for property and development has given birth to Bina Harta Group. With an extensive experience in project management, his expertise is in a whole range of real estate development activities; these include land assessment, land acquisition, planning, architectural designing, construction and effective management of various types of projects. Graduated from University Malaya (UM) Malaysia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, he was equipped with the knowledge that brought him in to lead a few famed property developers in Malaysia in various developments.

Mr. Lee always envision to be able to create a better living environment for the Malaysian community thus, with our motto “Creating a Better Tomorrow”, he believes everyone deserves to own their dream house and live a better lifestyle.
